1 Ripe Banana
1/2 cup frozen pumpkin puree (not the pie filling)
1/3 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
3/4-1 cup Light vanilla almond milk
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice (Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice)
Dash of cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
4-5 ice cubes
Dollop Sugar Free Whipped Cream (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Put all of the above ingredients in a blender (except Whipped Cream). Blend until smooth. Fill Glass, top with Whipped Cream and a dash of Cinnamon.
