This recipe is SO simple and protein packed! It makes 6 Servings. Serving size is about 2/3 cup and has roughly 15 grams of protein per serving.
INGREDIENTS 12 hard boiled eggs 1/4 cup of cocoa powder 1/3 cup of honey or sugar 1 1/2 cups of whole milk (or to make dairy free you can use one can of Coconut Milk) DIRECTIONS 1. Place all of the ingredients into blender or food processor. 2. Purée until smooth. 3. Taste to see if you want more sweetener. 4. Once flavor is where you want, pour into medium bowl (makes about 4 cups), cover, and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight. 5. The mixture will thicken while in the refrigerator.
