1/2 cup sliced almonds
3 cups total of Fresh Parsley, Fresh Basil, Fresh Chives 1 clove garlic 1/4 cup dried tomatoes 1/4 cup shredded Asiago cheese 1/2 cup olive oil Salt to taste Toast the sliced almonds in a dry skillet until lightly browned; let cool. Pulse in a food processor until finely ground. Add the parsley, basil and chives, garlic, dried tomatoes, Asiago cheese, and the olive oil to the food processor. Pulse until finely chopped and combined. Add salt to taste.
