Green Tomato Quick Bread
1 cup grated green tomatoes, juice, seeds, skins and all
3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
2 large eggs (slightly beaten)
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
