Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground turkey 1/4 cup bread crumbs 1 large egg 1/2 medium onion, grated 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp kosher salt (optional) 1/4 tsp celery powder 2 tablespoons whole milk 2 tablespoons ketchup Directions Heat oven to 450° F. In a large bowl, combine the turkey, bread crumbs, egg, onion, milk, ketchup, garlic, salt, and celery powder. In a 12 slot muffin tin, scoop mixture equally in to each slot, top with ketchup (optional). Bake until cooked through, 30 to 35 minutes (until internal temp reaches 165°)
