1/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened (or your milk preference)
1/2 cup cottage cheese, low fat
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 scoop whey protein powder, (chocolate flavored) unsweetened
1 large ripe banana
1 cup crushed ice
Add all of the ingredients into blender (except crushed ice). Once well blended add the crushed ice to the blender, blend until most of ice is broken up. Taste and add sweetener if needed. Enjoy immediately!
