1 1/2 cups hot water (115* - 120*F)
4 tsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp kosher salt
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup rye flour
2 tbsp caraway seeds
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp Quick Rise yeast
- Measure and add liquid ingredients to the bread pan.
- Measure and add the remainder of ingredients (except the yeast) to the bread pan.
- Form a well (hole) in the flour where you will pour the yeast. Do not let the yeast come into contact with liquid when you are adding ingredients. Measure the yeast and carefully pour it into the well.
- If you have an ExpressBake button, use the 58 min one. If not you can use the Basic option (the Basic will take 3 hours).
