I got to try out my new Zoku this afternoon! And what a perfect afternoon to have a cold and yummy treat! Here is what I used...
1 cup fresh blueberries 1/4 frozen raspberries 1 ripe banana 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp lime juice Almond milk to fill Once thoroughly blended in my Magic Bullet, I poured in the slots on the Zoku. And then followed the manufacturers instructions for wait time and extraction. In less than 20 minutes I had 6 fresh delicious Popsicles (2 batches at 8 mins a batch). One thing I will note for next time. I will add a little sweetener. Even though the liquid was spectacular, once frozen it was not as sweet... Something that has to do with taste buds and cold.
