Taco Snack Mix

INGREDIENTS

• 4 cups corn chex cereal
• 4 cups oyster crackers
• 4 cups cheese crackers
• 2 cups pretzels
• 2 cups rye crackers
• 2/3 cup olive oil
• 1 packet of taco seasoning mix
• 1 tbsp garlic salt

DIRECTIONS

1. Pre-heat oven (with rack in middle) 250 degrees F.
2. In large mixing bowl, combine cereal, crackers, and pretzels. Set aside
3. In small mixing bowl, combine olive oil, taco seasoning, and garlic salt. Whisk until combined.
4. Pour olive oil mixture over cereal mixture and stir until coated.
5. Divide mixture on to 2 baking sheets.
6. Bake in oven for 45 minutes. Tossing mixture halfway through baking.
7. Cool completely before placing in airtight container. Enjoy!
